Everything You Need to Know⤵
-
We connect over video call (Zoom or FaceTime — whatever's easiest for you) so I can watch your form in real time and cue you just like I would in person. All you need is a device with a camera and enough space to move.
-
No — most virtual sessions are designed around bodyweight work and a mat, so you can do them anywhere, including a hotel room. If a prop like a resistance band or light hand weights would benefit a particular session, I'll let you know ahead of time.
-
Enough room to lie down and extend your arms and legs fully in every direction — roughly a mat's length plus a little extra on each side. A living room or bedroom floor is usually plenty.
-
Yes. I position the camera angle and cueing specifically for virtual sessions, and I'll ask you to adjust the camera or your position as needed so I can see what I need to see.
-
If we lose connection, just rejoin the same link — we'll pick up right where we left off. I recommend being on Wi-Fi rather than cellular data when possible.
-
Absolutely — that's one of the most popular reasons clients book virtual. As long as you have a device, decent Wi-Fi, and a bit of floor space, we can train together from a hotel room or wherever you are.
-
Same as in-studio — 55 minutes.
